I am Henry Seton, a Harvard College senior from Newton, MA. I am majoring in Social Studies with a focus on education and critical pedagogy. I just got back from a wonderful couple of months in the Durban area of South Africa where I was helping to found a South African Paulo Freire Institute that is seeking to bring people together from universities, schools, and local communities around issues of social justice. My favorite thinkers are probably Freire, Antonio Gramsci, Edward Said, and C. Wright Mills. I love to teach, to learn, to dream, and to play and listen to a little jazz from time to time...
