2. We Demand Community Control of the Police in the African Community and the Immediate Withdrawal of the Terroristic Police and Military Forces from the African Community. We demand that the FBI, which waged a COINTELPRO war on the black revolution of the 60’s and which killed scores of our leader be immediately withdrawn. We also demand that all forms of this militaristic “drug task force”, “welfare task force,” public housing police and the numerous other police forces be removed from the African communities. We demand that the U.S. government overturn all specially devised laws, specifically the Crime Bill, designed to abrogate the rights of the African community or to criminalize African people.
